Our VersaFold™ system transforms the Accelerated Building System (ABS) into a forward-deployable capability by enabling on-site block production anywhere on the planet using local raw materials: aggregate, cement, and water. Collapsible flat-pack molds fold completely flat for air, ground, or sea transport, then unfold at the point of need, allowing small units or local labor to manufacture precision interlocking dry-stack blocks on demand, without a factory, without a supply chain, and without skilled trades. Optional chemical accelerants enable rapid cure cycles in cold-weather or time-critical conditions.
The result is a palletized expeditionary construction kit capable of rapidly producing hardened shelters, blast walls, perimeter barriers, fighting positions, and critical support infrastructure at up to 10 times the speed of conventional methods, using locally sourced raw materials.
