Our Aerobic Thermophilic Digestion system converts biodegradable waste, including agricultural residues, food waste, municipal bio-sludge, livestock mortality, and wastewater, into pathogen-free, nutrient-rich fertilizer in as little as 72 hours. Operating aerobically at self-generated elevated temperatures, it destroys pathogens and biological hazards completely, eliminates odors, and produces either a liquid biofertilizer or a granular slow-release dry product ready for immediate use. No methane. No landfill. No burn pit.
Conventional disposal methods (incineration, anaerobic digestion, lagoons, composting) are slow, infrastructure-heavy, foul-smelling, and operationally impractical in austere or contested environments. Waste transport convoys in forward operating areas create real logistical cost and security exposure. Our system eliminates that liability entirely, converting a waste stream into a valuable output on-site, at scale, without fixed infrastructure.
This technology is commercially proven with prior field deployment. TRL: 4–5 - commercially mature, field-proven in civil and industrial applications, suitable for immediate military pilot deployments and scaling.
- 72-hour conversion from raw waste to finished fertilizer
- Fully aerobic - zero methane emissions, no biogas handling required
- Destroys pathogens, biohazards, odors, and vermin attraction at the source
- Modular and scalable - expeditionary deployment to installation scale
- Handles food waste, agricultural waste, municipal biosolids, wastewater sludge, and livestock mortality
- Direct alternative to burn pits, incineration, and waste-haul convoys
- Applications: forward operating bases, agricultural facilities, food processing, municipal treatment, disaster relief
